Policy & General conditions

HIGHLIGHTS

Yata Service Ads™ is one of the services offered by Yata llc®. Requesting a service from Yata Service Ads is free and with no obligation.
A service request must be submitted for review before being accepted. Once your request is accepted, you have the latitude to pay to consolidate it.
As long as a payment for a service is not yet received by Yata llc, the request is not yet confirmed and the promise to render the service is not a commitment on the part of Yata Service Ads.

Depending on the waiting time, Yata Service Ads undertakes to process your request as quickly as possible and to contact you by the coordinates you have provided, either telephone number or address email, to inform you of the continuation. It is very likely that the review conducted by Yata Service Ads makes important and essential changes to your initial request, so it is up to you to read the acceptance of the offer from Yata Service Ads and possibly accept it to materialize the contract.

ADVERSTISE THROUGH OUR PLATFORM
You will provide finished poster, audio or video support for Yata Service Ads™ to display on supports available at time. Except when you hire Yata Service Ads™ to make your Ad, Yata Service Ads™ is CANNOT make any change on your finished support and will post it as received. It is your responsibility to make sure all content is proper for publication, Yata Service Ads™ declines all aftermath following support or content.

BEING PARTICIPANT LOCATION
You will accept to make available all or party of your facilities and/or amenities to let Yata Service Ads™ advertise for third parties businesses. A signed contract will define all details about this partnership.

You are free to accept or not the request as modified-accepted by Yata Service Ads. You may, however, make further changes in order to find an arrangement by mutual agreement.

Once you have made the payment, Yata Service Ads reserves the right to accept or reject further changes. On the other hand, it is committed to execute the request as described at the time of the payment and under regular conditions.
If for any reason, independent or not of Yata Service Ads, the regular conditions of the performance of the contract change, Yata Service Ads will not be held responsible or accountable for the quality of the result of service performed.

CONSOLIDATE YOUR REQUEST
Once you made your payment, your service is confirmed. Yata Service Ads is then committed to execute.

MODIFICATION POLICY
You may modify (NOT cancel) your request at anytime before the scheduled date/time. The change may affect the date/time of the service or the service itself. 
Yata Service Ads reserve the right to tell if it is a huge change that may require extra fee or not. If so, you will be charged for it to have your new modification considered.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a cancellation policy in following cases:
1. Free cancellation if requested over the phone to a representative (NOT by vocal message to a machine) at least 2 days before the scheduled day.
2. You will charged 25% of full amount if requested less than 2 days prior to the job.
3. You will be charged between 50% to 100% if cancelled after the scheduled date/time. Yata Service Ads reserve the right to review this particular situation and decide on how much you will be charged exactly.

If Yata Service Ads is fully responsible for not performing the job, you will be refund the full amount paid for the service.

CONTRAT
========
Partnership between Yata Llc and the Advertiser.

Both parties agreed to the following
Specific
1.	Each party has its own business and management completely separated from other. 
2.	Yata Service Ads offers screen-time to display and/or stream videos on devices located in Brookings city.  
3.	Advertiser rents such screen-time from Yata Service Ads.
4.	The rent rate will vary depending on how many locations, what type of screens and what days Advertiser will decide to display and/or stream. 
A video directly stream from internet may also interfere in the pricing. 
5.	Rent of $.......... per month is due on the 1st of each month and is considered delinquent after the 5th.  
6.	Rent will be mailed or paid to Yata Service Ads or its designee.

For Yata Service Ads
7.	Yata Service Ads is committed to have screen(s) displaying/streaming Advertiser's video during the entire rented time period. 
8.	Depending on location, Yata Service Ads may or not mute the sound of Advertiser's video according to third-party arrangement.
9.	Yata Service Ads will display/stream Advertiser's video as received.
10.	Yata Service Ads has the discretionary right to display/stream or not Advertiser's video especially if some content is questionable or illegal; but all responsibility is still Advertiser's.

For Advertiser
11.	Advertiser is responsible for providing a finished video ready to display or stream. 
12.	If Advertiser choose to hire Yata Service Ads to make his video Ad, this will be a different arrangement between them which is completely separated from current contract.
13.	Advertiser is fully responsible for the content of his/her video and Yata Service Ads declines any responsibility following Advertiser's video even if Yata Service Ads let it on air.

General
14.	The service offered under this contract is mainly designed for a street and/or indoor consumption according to third-party arrangement. 
15.	There is no term lease.
16.	Advertiser can modify and send for display/stream a new video at anytime with no prior notice during active contract. 
Yata Service Ads will change and display/stream the new video as soon as possible. 
17.	One party is required to write or call other party giving a fourteen days' notice at any given date prior to terminate current contract. 
18.	Once a video (actual video or active online link) is sent to Yata Service Ads, it becomes public. Yata Service Ads or a third-party can use it for further usage except if Advertiser expressly said differently by written document.

Yata Service Ads or a third-party will not modify the content but may adapt the format, ratio or more to fit perfectly in the displaying/streaming device.
