HIGHLIGHTS Yata Service™ is one of the services offered by Yata llc®. Requesting a service from Yata Service is free and without obligation. A service request must be submitted for review before being accepted. Once your request is accepted, you have the latitude to pay to consolidate it. As long as a payment for a service is not yet received by Yata llc, the request is not yet confirmed and the promise to render the service is not a commitment on the part of Yata Service. Depending on the waiting time, Yata Service undertakes to process your request as quickly as possible and to contact you by the coordinates you have provided, either telephone number or address email, to inform you of the continuation. It is very likely that the review conducted by Yata Service makes important and essential changes to your initial request, so it is up to you to read the acceptance of the offer from Yata Service and possibly accept it to materialize the contract. ADVERSTISE THROUGH OUR PLATFORM You will provide finished poster, audio or video support for Yata Service™ to display on supports available at time. Except when you hire Yata Service™ to make your Ad, Yata Service™ is CANNOT make any change on your finished support and will post it as received. It is your responsibility to make sure all content is proper for publication, Yata Service™ declines all aftermath following support or content. BEING PARTICIPANT LOCATION You will accept to make available all or party of your facilities and/or amenities to let Yata Service™ advertise for third parties businesses. A signed contract will define all details about this partnership. You are free to accept or not the request as modified-accepted by Yata Service. You may, however, make further changes in order to find an arrangement by mutual agreement. Once you have made the payment, Yata Service reserves the right to accept or reject further changes. On the other hand, it is committed to execute the request as described at the time of the payment and under regular conditions. If for any reason, independent or not of Yata Service, the regular conditions of the performance of the contract change, Yata Service will not be held responsible or accountable for the quality of the result of service performed. CONSOLIDATE YOUR REQUEST Once you made your payment, your service is confirmed. Yata Service is then committed to execute. MODIFICATION POLICY You may modify (NOT cancel) your request at anytime before the scheduled date/time. The change may affect the date/time of the service or the service itself. Yata Service reserve the right to tell if it is a huge change that may require extra fee or not. If so, you will be charged for it to have your new modification considered. CANCELLATION POLICY We offer a cancellation policy in following cases: 1. Free cancellation if requested over the phone to a representative (NOT by vocal message to a machine) at least 2 days before the scheduled day. 2. You will charged 25% of full amount if requested less than 2 days prior to the job. 3. You will be charged between 50% to 100% if cancelled after the scheduled date/time. Yata Service reserve the right to review this particular situation and decide on how much you will be charged exactly. If Yata Service is fully responsible for not performing the job, you will be refund the full amount paid for the service. Yata Service CONTRAT ======== Partnership between Yata Llc and the Partner. Following on a pre-agreement between the two parties, this partnership will take the form of a: * simple and regular lease (Annex A), or * mutual benefit (Annex B) If the form of this contract is "Simple and Regular Lease" then Annex-A below will apply between both parties. If the form of this contract is "Mutual Benefit" then the Annex-B below will apply between both parties. ANNEX-A Lease agreement between Yata Llc and the Partner. Both parties agree with the following 1. Each party has its own business and management completely separated from other. 2. Yata Service rents from the Partner a particular space well-known and described as below: "Portion of the facade covering the first left window from East to West, including a space of one foot deep in the inner room. The total square footage is about 22.16 sq.ft for about 6 feet high and 3.42 feet width". 3. The Partner makes this space available for Yata Service. 4. The Partner will provide and pay for electrical usage of Yata Service, as well as other basic amenities. Electrical current is essential to Yata Service, therefore You....... is committed to providing it 24 hours a day. 5. The Partner may or not provide internet for Yata Service usage. This will be arranged separately from the current contract. 6. The Partner will provide access into the building to Yata Service to perform its duties. 7. The service offered under this arrangement is mainly designed for an street consummation. In some exceptional case, it may be applied for indoor consumption. 8. There is no term lease. 9. Yata Service is required to write a 30 days notice at any given date prior to leave. 10. The Partner is required to write a 90 days notice at any time if the occupancy is no more desired. 11. Upon renting, Yata Service may make a security deposit equal to one month rent. The security deposit can cover the expenses due to the restoration of the premises, if necessary. The balance of the deposit will be returned to Yata Service. 12. Rent per month is due on the first of each month and is considered delinquent after the 10th. This monthly rent excludes internet arrangement. 13. As landlord, the Partner is responsible to provide security and safety of Yata Service property. 14. The Partner or any other person is not allowed to manipulate or interfere with Yata Service property unless authorized or an emergency situation occurred. ANNEX-B Mutual benefit agreement between Yata Llc and the Landlord. Both parties agree with the following 1. Each party has its own business and management completely separated from other. 2. Yata Service can place and install devices to display third-party advertisings, and/or uses some of the Landlord's devices to display those ads. An additional arrangement that is not contained in this contract will define the terms of this use. 3. Depending on point 2 above, the Landlord will make space and devices available for Yata Service. 4. The Landlord will provide and pay for electrical usage of Yata Service, as well as other basic amenities. Electrical current is essential to Yata Service, therefore the Landlord is committed to providing it 24 hours a day as long as the Landlord is running business. 5. The Landlord may or not provide internet for Yata Service usage. This will be arranged separately from the current contract. 6. The Landlord will provide access into the building to Yata Service to perform its duties. 7. The service offered under this arrangement is mainly designed for an indoor consummation. In some exceptional case, it may be applied for street consumption. 8. There is no term lease. 9. Yata Service is required to write a 30 days notice at any given date prior to leave. 10. The Landlord is required to write a 90 days notice at any time if the occupancy is no more desired. 11. Upon renting, Yata Service may make a security deposit equal to one month rent.
